Dr. Najeeb Rahman, Founder
Dr. Najeeb Rahman studied, trained and worked in the UK, obtaining his primary medical degree from the University of Leeds. He currently works as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine in Leeds, and is additionally a Trustee of Doctors Worldwide, a UK based international medical charity, and has almost 20 years field experience in both disaster response as well as health development programs in more than 10 countries in locations ranging from Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East as well as South Asia. In recognition of this work, he was awarded the William Rutherford International Award in 2017 by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, and is a member of the College’s Global Emergency Medicine Committee as well as Emergency Medicine and Public Health Special Interest Group.
